Rules Based
Classify employees into different categories for accrual processing. Categories such as Term Of Service, Days of Service and level in the organization can all be used to determine accrual balance calculations. This easy to use and dynamic rule based module can meet almost every complex business rule.
Unique Rules
This feature allows for the most complicated accrual rules to be processed through a custom exit. The exit is created to meet uncommon accrual processing rules. For instance partial allocation based on percentage of hours worked in varying months for discontinuing polices, the ITCS-WebClock handles it.
